1: Freedom of speech, religion, and expression- John wants to give a speech against abortion, the government cannot stop him
2: Right to bare arms- for example, the government cannot remove Eric's gun from her home
3: You don't have to house troops- if troops try to move into your house without your permission, you don't have to let them in
4: No illegal search and seizure- If the police try to search Mathew's backpack without a warrant, they cannot search it
5: No double jeopardy, or self incrimination- The judge cannot make John admit guilt
6: Right to a fair and speedy trial- If Joshua is put on trial for stealing, he can request a speedy trial
